Background

Greetings from TERI School of Advanced Studies (formerly known as TERI University), New Delhi, India!

The First International Conference on Business, Economics and Sustainable Development organized in 2018 (ICBESD 2018) was a grand success with your active participation and patronage all over the globe. In fact, 120 research papers were presented at different sessions over two days, authors being from different nations including the UK, the USA, Mexico, Canada, Spain, Italy, Kuwait, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Malaysia, Nigeria and the like. In other words, it was a grand gathering of scholars with plenary sessions’ speakers from among the best in academia and industry! Moreover, quite a few papers have been selected for publishing in the International Journal of Management Practice and International Journal of Comparative Management,in special editions which are in the offing.

With this backdrop, 2nd International Conference on Business, Economics and Sustainable Development(ICBESD 2019) is announced for the year 2019. This time we have decided to focus on solar energy along with other usual tracks. Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India, on principle has agreed to be a conference partner.

REGISTRATION

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION

Abstract Submission

Please submit an abstract of your paper/ case study in maximum 500 words (excluding references) clearly explaining the objectives, methodology and findings using the link

Please indicate a track for your paper while submitting the abstract.

Title of the paper and authors’ full names with affiliation should also be clearly mentioned.

Main references should not exceed 5. For referencing style, please refer the following section.

Every abstract accepted shall be allowed to be presented at the main conference provided the author concerned and in case of joint-papers at least one of the co-authors, as the case may be, gets registered.

Presentation Certificates would be provided only to the presenter of the paper (not the other co-authors); however, rest of the registered participants would get a Participation Certificate.

All participants have to register to attend the conference.

Last date for submission of abstract is November 30, 2018.

Confirmation mail of acceptance will be sent by December 20, 2018.

Full Paper Submission

Authors who are interested in having their papers published in the edited volume need to send their full papers following strictly the Formatting Instructions.

There should be a declaration clearly stating that the paper has not been published/ sent for publication/ accepted for publication anywhere.

The paper should be in English, not exceeding 8000 words, with an abstract of 250 words, and 5 keywords.

Cover page should include title, authors’ names, affiliating institutions, and contact details (email as well as postal address).

Plagiarism of any kind will lead to the rejection of paper.

Copyrighted materials, including those taken from any website, should be clearly identified, and the copyright holder’s explicit permission to reproduce it must be submitted separately.

No changes will be allowed in the paper title, abstract and authorship after submission.

FORMATTING INSTRUCTIONS

Use 12 point Times New Roman (TNR) font and 1.5 spacingin MS Word format. References may be single spaced.

For figures, graphs, tables, appendices, and references, follow either the American Psychological Association (APA) or HARVARD guidelines.

PUBLICATIONS

Selected papers (subject to a peer-review) will be published in an international journal and an edited book with ISBN number by a renowneded publishing house.
