It looks at the Indian Patents Act 1970, studies recent green patent filings, and reviews case studies on both successful and failed patent applications in sustainable technology. It notes key problems like how hard it is to turn technical ideas into proper patent claims, the shortage of experts who can draft claims well, and issues with the Indian patent system's process.
