SummaryThe certificate course on"Nuclear Energy & Law" is an annual feature of the Centre for Post Graduate Legal Studies, TERI School of Advanced Studies (TERI SAS) conducted in association with the Nuclear Law Association, India. The course contains a visit to the Narora Nuclear Power Plant. The group of participants include professionals belonging to the nuclear energy sector, lawyers, academia and students from different parts of India and abroad. The core faculty for this course consists of professionals and experts from various prestigious international as well national institutions such as the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB), the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. (NPCIL), the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the OECD?s Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA).
