The study was conducted to use GIS application for business development in ESRI India. Along with it an optimal pricing model was created such that when compared to other nations ESRI training program prices an optimal price was found out to sell the training services in India. This was done with the use of Machine Learning algorithm like Artificial Neural Network using R. For the purpose of business development huge databases were created for various levels i.e., Institutional level database, company level database for both India and the Gulf. Once the database was completed it was represented as a shapefile on ArcGIS such that the data could be visualized and could be interpreted easily. It was found out that in India the private sector would use more of the ESRI products at the institutional level since they were well equipped both financially and technologically, on the other hand the government institutes did not show such a trend as most of the institutes has very little funding and could not afford the products. On the industrial front the trend was different, most of the private companies were either making their own GIS application to cater their needs or went for a cheaper option in the market. The government organizations would heavily invest in the ESRI products like ArcGIS Desktop. During the cost modelling process the prices of all the ESRI training services were taken into account all around the world and an average was found out, once this information was gained variables like GDP, Annual Income (Daily), Cost of Living, etc. were taken into consideration and a regression based neural network model was made on R such that once all the useful variables were identified from the rest, could be used for prediction for optimal price for cost of training.
