ANNOUNCEMENTS
This study examines the Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices (KAP) related to sustainable living and waste management among Class 12 students in a government school in Gurugram, Haryana. It uses a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative survey data with qualitative interviews, the research explores the extent of environmental awareness, daily behaviors, and perceived roles in promoting sustainability. Key findings indicate that while students demonstrate moderate to high levels of awareness and positive attitudes, practical application remains inconsistent. The study highlights gaps in scientific understanding and knowledge barriers, especially regarding sustainable development goals and biodegradable /natural alternatives. Recommendations are proposed for school-based interventions and curriculum integration to enhance sustainability behavior among youth.
