TERI University organised a 5 DAY Certificate Programme on Environment Law, Regulation & Policy in Practice from 14th to 18th December 2015 at the TU campus.
A comprehensive programme was developed to expose the participants to the practical aspects of environmental laws & legal issues in the interface between environment & business.
The programme prepared the participants to face challenges in their respective stream of work.

- An understanding of the importance of environmental laws for society & in the conduct of the business in India.
- Familiarity with procedural aspects to conform with environmental laws, regulations & policy.
- An awareness about the recent reforms in environmental law & policy.
- An exposure to the role of the judiciary (National Green Tribunal & Supreme Court) in the development of environmental law & its enforcement through case studies.
