The Centre for Post Graduate Legal Studies, TERI School of Advanced Studies, organized an online session on 26 November 2025 on “Youth, Future Generations and Climate Rights.” The session featured Advocate Anurag Ojha, who discussed the constitutional dimensions of climate rights, particularly under Article 21. He highlighted the role of youth-led climate action and intergenerational equity in shaping environmental jurisprudence. Law students actively participated, engaging in discussions on climate justice and state responsibility. The session provided valuable insights into emerging legal frameworks addressing climate change.
